Founded in 2009, Celtic Community Services Ltd and provides community support to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Talbot Green (Pontyclun).

Catherine Hanson and Joanne Young who have been involved in the Healthcare Services business for many years own the company. Catherine Hanson oversees the running of the company as a Registered Manager and is also the Responsible Person. Catherine has previously managed a community service project for Many Years with experience of CSSIW regulations.

The firm delivers comprehensive support to clients whilst living in their own homes. Promoting Independent living and improving the health and wellbeing for the individual person.

We are specialised in supporting people who have Substance Misuse issues, we also support individuals with substance misuse related illness.
 The service is available to those who have stopped drinking and also uniquely to those who are still dependent on substances. 

Our Staff are also trained to support individuals with Mental Health concerns and Disabilities. We also offer support for the older person.
 
We provide assistance with bills, finances, social interaction, hospital appointments, and medication; the business also has friendly staff helping clients to live a healthier lifestyle. Celtic Community Services Ltd is registered with CSSIW.

With a team that includes a qualified Registered Manager currently undertaking her level 5 in management. A skilled Finance Manager currently undertaking a level 3 in Management. Also experienced support staff, Celtic Community Services Ltd has an expanding workforce, qualified to a high standard.
